Project Info
Scope
Connect the Dots is a service designed to help clients transition their loved ones into full-time Residential Aged Care with minimal stress. We were tasked with building a consumer-facing website that would serve as a lead capture tool while providing resources and information in a compassionate and accessible manner. The project also included refreshed branding and a digital marketing strategy.
Process
I led the project, developing brand assets and designing the website. My responsibilities included:
Designing the logo and brand kit to convey trust, comfort, and family values.
Conducting customer and competitor research, including stakeholder interviews and workshops, to gather insights and align on goals.
Establishing content strategy, information architecture, and wireframes based on research and requirements.
Creating high-fidelity designs and a clickable prototype for desktop and mobile to facilitate stakeholder pitches during the build phase.
Solution
The final product was a cohesive brand identity and an intuitive website that matched users with appropriate care providers. The clean, trust-inspiring logo reflected the service's three pillars, while the website delivered essential information with empathy. After the launch, I provided ongoing support, ensuring the site was updated to align with digital marketing campaigns.
