Web (UX/UI) Design, Logo & Branding for Connect the Dots | 2022 | Lead Designer

Scope

Connect the Dots is a service designed to help clients transition their loved ones into full-time Residential Aged Care with minimal stress. We were tasked with building a consumer-facing website that would serve as a lead capture tool while providing resources and information in a compassionate and accessible manner. The project also included refreshed branding and a digital marketing strategy.

Process

I led the project, developing brand assets and designing the website. My responsibilities included:

  • Designing the logo and brand kit to convey trust, comfort, and family values.

  • Conducting customer and competitor research, including stakeholder interviews and workshops, to gather insights and align on goals.

  • Establishing content strategy, information architecture, and wireframes based on research and requirements.

  • Creating high-fidelity designs and a clickable prototype for desktop and mobile to facilitate stakeholder pitches during the build phase.

Solution

The final product was a cohesive brand identity and an intuitive website that matched users with appropriate care providers. The clean, trust-inspiring logo reflected the service's three pillars, while the website delivered essential information with empathy. After the launch, I provided ongoing support, ensuring the site was updated to align with digital marketing campaigns.
